Before you try
5MC Forge is a Windows application for FiveM content: interiors (MLO), vehicle liveries, clothing packs and weapon skins are built in one tool and come out as a finished resource folder for GTA V Legacy and FiveM Enhanced. Forge reads the game files straight from your GTA V installation.
Forge Creator costs 19.99 euros a month or 199 euros a year and includes every editor. Forge Studio costs 49.99 euros a month or 499 euros a year and adds MCP access, which lets Claude operate the editor. Forge Enterprise costs 149.99 euros a month or 1,499 euros a year, includes everything in Studio and covers up to five computers. Every tier comes with a free 3-day trial and can be cancelled monthly after that.
You create an account in the portal, choose a tier and add a payment method with Stripe. The first 3 days are free; in that time you download Forge and start building. If you cancel in the portal before the trial ends, nothing is charged. Otherwise the subscription continues at the chosen price. The trial is available once per account.
Yes. In the portal under Forge or in your account under Subscription, click “Cancel contracts here” and confirm with “Cancel now”, also during the trial. If you cancel in the trial, nothing is charged. Otherwise the subscription ends at the end of the paid period; a yearly plan runs its twelve months and can be cancelled monthly after that.
MCP is the interface through which AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex or Cursor operate applications. It is included in every plan, Creator too. Forge ships an MCP server with 71 tools: create rooms, paint floors, place props, build weapon packs and their liveries, render control images. You describe what you want and Claude builds it in the open Forge window. You need your own account with the AI provider. The built-in Forge AI comes on top from Forge Studio.
Each subscription covers one computer. To switch, for example to a new PC, you sign out the old one in the portal under Forge and sign in on the new one. Teams building on several computers at once take Forge Enterprise with up to five computers.
Yes. Resources you build with Forge carry no watermark and no licence check and remain yours, even after you end the subscription. Usage rights for GTA content follow Rockstar Games and Cfx.re, as always.
Yes. Forge places an Enhanced build (stream_enhanced) next to every resource, converted with the official Cfx Alchemist. A resource therefore runs on Legacy and Enhanced servers. If GTA V Enhanced is installed, the objects that only exist there appear marked in the catalogue.
Windows 10 version 1809 or later or Windows 11 (64-bit), GTA V Legacy (Enhanced optional) and a Forge membership or trial in the portal. Plus about 3 GB free, 8 GB RAM and a DirectX 11 graphics card. You need internet to sign in and update; after that Forge runs up to 14 days offline. For the MCP you need your own Claude account.
No, not since October 2026. Everything in the showcase was built with Forge to show what the tool can do. With a Forge membership you build the same yourself, in your style and with your logo.
